<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer printer that can suppress quality deterioration of an printed matter or paper jam and reduce print noise without enlarging its outer diameter. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal transfer printer includes: a thermal head 2 that applies heat to a printing paper 4; a platen roller 6 that is disposed facing the thermal head 2 and holds the printing paper 4 together with the thermal head 2; and a plurality of pinch rollers 3, 7 that press the printing paper 4 on the platen roller 6 around the platen roller 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
