<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared gas sensor which is small and thin with high accuracy in measurement and a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: An infrared gas sensor according to the present invention comprises: an infrared source 1 emitting light containing infrared light; an infrared sensor 5 receiving the infrared light from the infrared source 1; a bandpass filter 7 disposed on the infrared sensor 5, through which light of a specific wavelength passes; a substrate 2 supporting the infrared source 1 and the infrared sensor 5; and a domed housing 9 covering the infrared source 1 and the infrared sensor 5. No light-emitting surfaces of the infrared source 1 are in the visual field of a light-receiving surface of the infrared sensor 5. The light emitted from the infrared source 1 is reflected by an inner surface of the domed housing 9 and entered into the infrared sensor 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
