<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release film that is extremely small in the oligomer precipitation amount, and suitable for various optics applications, etc. in addition to various display member manufacturing such as manufacturing of liquid crystal members, manufacturing of the PDP members, manufacturing of the organic EL members, etc., of for instance, a polarizing plate for the LCD and the retardation film, etc., and can achieve a high level of accuracy in inspection by the cross nicol method of the polarizing plate. <P>SOLUTION: The release film has at least a coating layer and a release layer sequentially on one surface of a polyester film extended in a uniaxial direction. In the release film, the coating layer includes at least two kinds of organic compounds including metallic elements chosen from aluminum, titanium and zirconium, and an organic silicon compound, and a press bonding rate is ≥90%, film haze is ≤18%, and the L value measured by a reflection method is ≤77. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
