<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramics metal joint made by covering and jointing a cylindrical metal on the outside of a cylindrical ceramics and having heat resistance and good adhesive properties, and to provide a method for manufacturing it. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramics metal joint includes: a cylindrical ceramics body 11; and a cylindrical metal tube 12 covering the outer peripheral face 7h of the cylindrical ceramics body 11. By a high pressure casting, a melt is filled into a gap 49 between the cylindrical ceramics body 11 and the cylindrical metal tube 12, and by solidifying it, it becomes a metal joint material layer, to joint the cylindrical ceramics body 11 and the cylindrical metal tube 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
