<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that since fluids being objects are merged with one another and then a merged fluid is made to flow into a merging chamber through the inlet port of a microreactor, controllability of the mixing time/residence time thereof is insufficient and it is desired that the microreactor is compact and is easily produced. <P>SOLUTION: The microreactor includes: the inlet port for introducing a plurality of kinds of fluids which are objects to be mixed and/or reacted with one another; a micro flow path which communicates with the inlet port and used for mixing and/or reacting the plurality of kinds of fluids with one another; and an outlet port which communicates with the micro flow path and used for withdrawing a mixed and/or reacted fluid being the object. The inlet port of the microreactor constituted so that a first micro flow path and a second flow path are alternately formed and the merging chamber at the upper part of a flow path formation body are connected to each other. As a result, the controllability of the residence time of the microreactor can be improved and backflows of the fluids being the objects can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
