<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly measure sample liquid temperature by an infrared sensor even when only a small amount of sample liquid exists in an analysis part set to a minute flow channel in an analysis chip having the minute flow channel. <P>SOLUTION: An analysis chip 10 is provided with a minute flow channel 11 for distributing sample liquid, and an analysis part 14 for analyzing a substance to be detected which can be contained in the sample liquid is arranged in a part in the minute flow channel 11. The analysis chip 10 is used to perform analysis regarding the substance to be detected, and used by being set to an analyzer which measures temperature of the sample liquid in the analysis part 14 by an infrared sensor 40. A metal film 18 is arranged at a position facing the infrared sensor 40 with the sample liquid in the analysis part 14 in between when the analysis chip is set to the analyzer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
