<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate design of an oscillation device. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibrator 20 is provided on a surface of a vibrating member 10. A support member 40 supports the vibrating member 10 through spring members 30. The spring members 30 are springs as machine elements. Wirings 70 and 72, which are provided separately from the spring members 30, transmit a driving signal to the piezoelectric vibrator 20. Compared to a case in which the spring members 30 double as signal transmission paths, thus, the spring members 30 have an improved flexibility in spring constant and arrangement position. Therefore, appropriate setting of the spring constant and arrangement position of the spring members 30 prevents the support member 40 from becoming a vibration element when the vibrating member 10 and the piezoelectric vibrator 20 are vibrating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
