PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a system for providing an image of another user that is matched with an interest of a user to be targeted.

SOLUTION: An image management system according to the present invention is constructed by a server 1 that is connected to a network 2 and provides a browsing service of one or more images recorded for a plurality of users. The server 1 includes: a database 31 in which an image submitted by a user, a comment of natural sentences on the image, and the user are recorded in association with each other; an image extraction unit 36 for extracting an image of another user corresponding to a second comment associated with a phrase included in the first comment corresponding to the first user from the database 31 as a related image of the first user; and an image provision unit 37 for providing the related image to the first user.
