PURPOSE: An herbal extract for cooking rice having a hypertension treating effect is provided to use a dandelion extract, a lentinus edodes extract, and a psyllium husk extract for producing the extract. CONSTITUTION: An herbal extract for cooking rice is obtained by mixing 5-10%(w/v) of medical herb extract with drinking water for cooking the rice. The medical herbs extract contains 60-80%(w/v) dandelion extract, 10-20%(w/v) of lentinus edodes extract, and 10-20%(w/v) of psyllium husk extract. |
