PURPOSE: A system for improving a snow removal work of a snow plow is provided to prevent damage to a power pack by automatically preventing an overload regardless of the skill of a worker. CONSTITUTION: A system for improving a snow removal work of a snow plow comprises a pair of fastening holes, an overheating sensor, a sensor holder(30), and a magnetic switch. The fastening holes are formed on the outer surface of a motor casing(2a) of an electric motor(2) to be separated from each other. The overheating sensor is installed between the fastening holes. The sensor holder is coupled to the outer side of the overheating sensor, and both sides thereof are attached to the motor casing. The magnetic switch is installed on the outer surface of the motor casing and selectively cuts the supply of power depending on the sensed result of the overheating sensor.
