<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer capable of preventing the breakage of and damage to a lifting mechanism by preventing a bottom plate from entering into a through-hole in the bottom face of a paper feed portion body in the state that a paper feed portion is removed from a printer body, to actualize desired lifting motion. <P>SOLUTION: The printer includes the printer body, the paper feed portion 3 detachably provided thereon, the printer body including the lifting mechanism 4 which can lift up and down a recording medium, and a carrying means 5 for carrying the recording medium lifted up by a lifting means in a predetermined direction, the paper feed portion 3 including the paper feed portion body 31 having the through-hole 311 in the bottom face into which an operation end 41 of the lifting mechanism 4 can be inserted for the recording medium Pa to be lifted up to a predetermined position by the lifting mechanism 4, and the bottom plate 32 provided in the paper feed portion body 31 at a position where it overlaps the bottom face, and a restricting part 33X provided between the paper feed portion body 31 and the bottom plate 32 at a position where the lifting motion of the bottom plate 32 is not precluded, for inhibiting the inclination of the bottom plate 32 in the direction of entering into the through-hole 311. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
