PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion composition having superior dispersion performance and minimized residue while being prepared for a relatively high solid content concentration (preferably 25 mass% or more).

SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion composition contains (A) ethylene-acrylic acid-based copolymer, (B) ethylene-acrylic acid-based copolymer wax and (C) an acid group-containing compound having an acid value of 100 mgKOH/g on more and a molecular weight of 3,000 or less, and (D) water.
