<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhalation therapy device (1) including a nebulizer (2) which nebulizes a drug existing preferably in the form of fluid (8) into a nebulization chamber (12) so as to provide aerosol or mist (21) inside the nebulization chamber (12). <P>SOLUTION: A patient or a user can inhale the aerosol (21) formed by the nebulizer (2) from the nebulization chamber (12) through a mouthpiece (13). An ampoule (100) is inserted to an ampoule holder (3) for holding the ampoule (100) housing fluid. The inhalation therapy device (1) also includes an opening device (4) for opening the ampoule (100) housing the fluid.
