<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a storage device, an electronic apparatus, and a substrate assembly where inconvenience, caused due to deformation of a circuit board occurring when the circuit board is connected with a housing, is less likely to be caused. <P>SOLUTION: A storage device includes: a housing; a circuit board 4A; and a module 5B. The circuit board 4A is housed in the housing and has a first surface and a second surface positioned on the opposite side of the first surface. The module 5B is provided on the first surface or the second surface of the circuit board 4A. First notches 4g and housing connection parts 18e connecting with the housing are provided in a peripheral part 4d of the circuit board 4A.
