<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air purge device capable of achieving cost reduction and miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: The air purge device 1 is used in brazing of a copper tube C, and includes a nozzle 3 fitted in one end of the copper tube C, and a nitrogen gas feeding device 2 feeding nitrogen gas inside the copper tube C via the nozzle 3. In the outer periphery of the nozzle 3, a groove part 32 for letting out the air inside the copper tube C to the outside the copper tube C is formed. Moreover, the nozzle 3 is formed in a tapered shape having its outer diameter reduced from the upstream side to the downstream side of a flow passage for feeding the nitrogen gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
