<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating actuator in which backlash of a magnet in a radial direction of a shaft is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The oscillating actuator 1 includes: bearings 25, 26 which are provided respectively at a first weight part 6 and a second weight part 7 and are slidable with respect to a shaft 20; and movement regulation parts 36, 37 which regulate movement of a magnet 4 in the radial direction of the shaft 20 with respect to the first and second weight parts 6, 7.
