<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a small-sized structure for protecting a mold IC and the like from electric noise, in a sensor device in which a relative position in a rotating direction of the mold IC and a relay terminal member, and an output side terminal member is undefined. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor device comprises a first shield member 50 for covering side surfaces of a mold IC 16 and a relay terminal member 20, and a second shield member 52 for covering a side surface and an opposite housing side end surface of an output terminal member 22. The second shield member 52 can be fixed at an optional position in a circumferential direction of the first shield member 50, in regard to the first shield member 50.
