<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immuno-chromatographic measuring method which can be applied even to visual determination, which can be performed in a short time without impairing simplicity and by which high detection sensitivity can be obtained, and a kit, etc. for the method. <P>SOLUTION: When an emission signal of a labeled substance captured in a reactive site of a chromatographic medium is observed, frequency of refraction of light in a support medium is lessened by compressing a support material at the reactive site and decreasing its thickness, so that a state of reducing opacity is achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
