<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-shaped stretchable base material which has stretchability and a portion having a shape to be hardly changed even when stretched and another member can be easily held and fixed to the portion. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet-shaped stretchable organic base material is obtained by forming a solid hardly-stretchable polymer part partially and integrally in an easily-stretchable polymer matrix. It does not matter if the solid hardly-stretchable polymer part is formed partially in the easily-stretchable polymer matrix in such a state that the solid hardly-stretchable polymer part is exposed to at least one surface thereof or is not exposed. It does not matter if a surface shape of the solid hardly-stretchable polymer part or a projected shape, when the surface of the sheet-shaped stretchable organic base material of the solid hardly-stretchable polymer part is set as a projected surface, is any shape of a nearly circular shape, a near polygonal shape, an unfixed shape, a letter, a symbol and a numeral. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
