<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a coloration state even when dust or the like exists between a reagent and an imaging device. <P>SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus focuses on an attachment surface to which dust or the like is attached (step S100), obtains a second image by photographing the attachment surface (step 102), performs Fourier transform on the second image (step S104), focuses on a reagent strip (step S106), obtains a third image by photographing the reagent strip (step 108), and computes a removal image in which influence of dust or the like has been removed, based on an image obtained by Fourier transform of a first image photographed by attaching a virtual attached matter to the attachment surface in advance and focusing on the reagent strip, an image obtained by Fourier transform of the second image, and the third image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
