<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure a coloration state even when dust or the like exists between a reagent and an imaging device. <P>SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus focuses on an attachment surface to which an attached matter is attached (step S100), obtains a first image by photographing the attachment surface (step S102), calculates a position of the attached matter based on the obtained first image (step S104), focuses on a reagent strip (step S106), obtains a second image by photographing the reagent strip (step s108), calculates an elevation angle from a light source to the attached matter (step S110), calculates a position from the light source to a shadow (step S112), calculates a position from the center of an imaging device to the shadow (step 114), and calculates optical concentration of a test line or the like by excluding an area including the shadow based on the obtained second image (step 116). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
