<p>A bowel model for use in medical training which has at least four distinct layers. These include an artificial serosal layer, an artificial muscle layer, an artificial submucosal layer; and an artificial mucosal layer. The mucosal layer is relatively more flexible than said muscle layer to mimic the natural mucosal layer of a bowel of a human or animal subject.</p> |
