The arrangement (2) has an antenna (4) i.e. windscreen antenna, and an electrically-conducting area (5) that are arranged on or in a vehicle pane (3) e.g. front pane, where the conducting area is formed as a closed surface, heating field or infrared radiation reflecting layer. The conducting area forms a counter weight for the antenna and/or an electrical mass for an antenna amplifier (6). The amplifier is galvanically or capacitively coupled with the conducting area. The conducting area extends till to a side edge area of the vehicle pane, and coupled with a parasitic ground wire (7). An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising an antenna arrangement.
