The pre-treated material e.g. St 37 grade material, St 52 grade material or similar of the workpiece is ground until the entire surface of the material is ground completely. The workpiece is heated to a temperature of 1200-2800[deg] until blue/blue black staining occurs in surface. The workpiece is cooled. A clear coat layer is directly applied to the surface of the workpiece in dry conditions as a sealant after cooling.
