FLAME-RETARDANT POLYESTER FILM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polyester film that has high flame retardancy by virtue of an non-halogen flame retardant ingredient with no associated decrease in the thermal stability of polyester.

SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polyester film includes a copolymerized polyester layer (A) containing specific organophosphorus compound such as 2- hydroxyethyl(2-carboxyethyl)methylphosphinate. The content of the organophosphorus compound relative to the weight of a film in terms of phosphorus atoms is in a range of 0.4-2.5 wt.%.
