<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear driving device that can obtain a desired thrust characteristic in consideration of reluctance force. <P>SOLUTION: Permanent magnets 321a and 321b as a pair inserted in adjacent embedded holes 31a are arranged in mirror image symmetry with each other, and arranged in a trapezoidal shape having an open bottom surface or an inverted trapezoidal shape having an open bottom surface when viewed from the moving direction (z axis direction) of a movable element 3. That is, when a permanent magnet and a movable element core are designed, the arrangement angle of each pole surface of the permanent magnet is set to a desired angle, thereby the reluctance force can be adjusted. Furthermore, the magnetic recovery force between a stator and the movable element, that is, the magnetic spring force can be adjusted in accordance with the stroke position of the movable element, so that a desired thrust characteristic can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
