<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material for flooring, which prevents occurrence of scratch whitening and recessed scratch even in the case of the application of an excessive load (e.g. in the case of dragging heavy furniture or a desk) in daily life. <P>SOLUTION: A decorative material for flooring includes a decorative sheet laminated on a wooden base material. (1) The decorative sheet includes a surface protective layer as the outermost surface with a thickness of 12 to 50 μm and a Martens hardness of 50 to 150 N/mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>. (2) The wooden base material is composed of one or more wooden layers.
