<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient and accurate communications between a first processor with high performance and a second processor with low performance. <P>SOLUTION: A second processor 112 controls peripheral devices 114, 116, and 118 for multiple tasks to be executed by a first processor 110. A message control module 320 receives an input message that is directed to the second processor and is based on the tasks to be executed in the first processor, and also holds a history of messages based on the received input message and input messages previously received. The message history shows which one of the peripheral devices is turned on and which one of the tasks requests to turn on the peripheral device.
