<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transcription type food casing material that has a superior liquid absorption performance of an aqueous solution, liquid maintaining performance and lyotropics of an aqueous solution such as a smoking solution agent, a seasoning agent, and a food dye, and has a heat sealing performance. <P>SOLUTION: The transcription type food casing material has a synthetic resin layer as an outer one, and a fiber material layer as an inner one. The fiber material layer includes a heat sealing fiber, a mercerized pulp, and a softwood kraft pulp, and has a 10 to 40g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>basis weight, a density of ≤0.6g/cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>, and a Klemm's water absorbency specified in JIS P 8141 of ≥10 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
