<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an imaging device to detect a three-dimensional interchangeable lens being installed in the imaging device, even when the imaging device cannot recognize installation of the interchangeable lens by communication. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: an image sensor 20; a communication unit 26 for directly acquiring information indicating whether an interchangeable lens is a three-dimensional interchangeable lens 2 from an interchangeable lens; and a determination unit for, when the communication unit 26 cannot acquire the information from the interchangeable lens, determining whether the three-dimensional interchangeable lens 2 is installed or not by acquiring an image photoelectrically converted by the image sensor 20 and analyzing the acquired image. The determination unit 52 detects information about correlation specific to a three-dimensional image being included in a plurality of right and left or upper and lower images of the acquired image divided by its center, and when the information about the correlation is included, the determination unit 52 determines that the three-dimensional interchangeable lens 2 is installed in the imaging device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
