<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that nuclear power plants are operated in a situation that a final disposal site of radioactive waste from the nuclear power plants is not still determined. <P>SOLUTION: An organism capable of combining thermal energy and radioactivity into calcium molecules is found out based on a patent application 2011-223390. Consequently, two places allowed to be adopted as final disposal sites of radioactive waste can be indicated. One of the places is sea. An allowable range of radioactive waste is indicated from correlation between organisms capable of clarifying radioactivity and an El Nino event, and riskiness exceeding the total amount of the allowable range is warned. A word of a nuclear war should be replaced by a word of a nuclear self-destruction war. Operation of nuclear power plants is enabled by inventing the final disposal site of radioactive waste.
