<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrostatic sensor sheet capable of thinning the sensor sheet or quickening the manufacturing work while reducing the waste, even when crossover intervention of a plurality of conductive routing lines is avoided. <P>SOLUTION: The electrostatic sensor sheet includes an insulating base material layer 1 having optical transparency, first and second wiring pattern layers 10, 20 screen printed on the surface of the insulating base material layer 1, and an optically transparent protective cover layer 40 laminated on these first and second wiring pattern layers 10, 20. At the intersection 30 of a plurality of conductive routing lines 14, 22 of the first and second wiring pattern layers 10, 20, an insulation region 50 is formed to be located between the intersecting conductive routing lines 14, 22.
