<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program and a client device which perform registration to a content relation management device for managing contents on a network and contents related to the contents so as to make them referable to each other. <P>SOLUTION: A URI of a Web page being displayed on a browser screen is stored as a related URI (S112). When an area is selected (S113: YES) and information which shows a link to a Web page exists in the area (S114: YES), a URI which first link information in the area shows is stored as a target URI (S115). A parameter to be described in a URL parameter part of an http request is generated from the target URI and the related URI (S117).
