<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emission flame retardant light-diffusing resin composition and a resin plate which emit light for a long time in a dark place, excel in a light diffusion property, and has the performance that has an excellent flame retardancy of V-0 or V-1 in the UL-94 standard in a flame-retardant aromatic polycarbonate resin composition in which a luminous material is applied/added as an expressed element of a main function. <P>SOLUTION: The emission flame retardant light-diffusing resin composition includes: based on (A) 100 parts by weight of an aromatic polycarbonate (A component) in which the viscosity average molecular weight is 1.8×10<SP POS="POST">4</SP>-3.0×10<SP POS="POST">4</SP>and which has a bifurcation structure of the branching fraction of 0.5-1.5 mol%, (B) 0.005-1.0 part by weight of an organic alkali (earth) metal salt (B-1 component) and 0.10-2.0 parts by weight of a silicone compound having an aromatic group (B-2 component) as a flame retardant (B component); (C) 0.50-10 parts by weight of a luminous material (C component) in which D50 particle size is 1-30 μm; and (D) 0.05-5.0 parts by weight of a light diffusion agent (D component) consisting of an organic fine particle whose average particle diameter is 1-20 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
