METHOD OF FORMING POWDER COATING FILM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming powder coating film excellent in a rustproof property to a metal substrate even in baking and curing in a low temperature.

SOLUTION: The method of forming powder coating film includes steps of: forming a coating film by a surface treatment to the metal substrate using a treatment liquid containing a phosphoric acid ion and a trivalent chromium ion; and coating a powder coating material containing (A) 30-70 mass% of a polyester resin, (B) 0.5-10 mass% of a hydroxyalkylamide curing agent and (C) 20-60 mass% of a pigment, on the coating film for baking and curing.
