<p>PURPOSE: A surface lighting device using an LED for improving power efficiency is provided to minimize power consumption by partially turning on the LED to maintain the optimum brightness. CONSTITUTION: A light control unit(30) includes an I/O interface(31), an analysis control module(32), a storage unit(33), and a local communication unit(34). The I/O interface transmits and receives a signal and data to and from first to sixth ultraviolet reception sensor(a-1 to a-16). The I/O interface transmits and receives the signal and data to and from an optical sensor(41) and transmits the received signal and data to and from an analysis control module. The analysis control module includes an optical sensing automatic control unit(32a), an ultraviolet analysis unit(32b), an individual control unit(32c), and a remote control unit(32d).
