PURPOSE: A body care product containing a body care composition containing Momordica charantia fermentation extract and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to ensure low irritation and to improve skin immunity. CONSTITUTION: A body care composition contains Momordica charantia fermentation extract prepared by fermenting Momordica charantia using Zygosaccharomyces bailii TS-201201(KACC93148P). A body care product contains the body care composition. The body care product is a liquid soap, solid soap, granules, powder, aroma bag, or cream. A method for preparing a Momordica charantia fermentation comprises a step of fermenting Momordica charantia or Momordica charantia concentrate using Zygosaccharomyces bailii.
