<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear driving device and a method of manufacturing the same that can enhance the relative positioning between a stator and a movable element, particularly the straightness precision in the axial direction of the movable element and the positioning precision in the rotational direction around the axis, secure a desired thrust characteristic, and enhance the workability of an assembling work of the linear driving device containing a positioning work. <P>SOLUTION: A jig 4 is fitted to a frame 2 after a movable element 3 having a shaft 33 secured thereto is disposed in the frame 2, whereby the movable element 3 in the frame 2 is positioned to the frame 2. That is, the movable element 3 is positioned to the frame 2 before a stator 1. Accordingly, there can be avoided a problem that after the stator 1 is positioned to the frame 2 before the movable element 3, the movable element 3 is magnetically attracted to the stator 1 and thus it is difficult to position the movable element 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
