<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reflection of light entering from the rear face of an eyepiece side, from a reflecting function part that is worked on the lens surface of the objective side, to the lens inside without being affected by an especially sealed frame shape such as a goggle type. <P>SOLUTION: The lens comprises a reflecting function part, a circular polarizing function part, and a mechanical reinforcing function part. The reflecting function part is disposed on an objective side, the circular polarizing function part is disposed next thereto, and the mechanical reinforcing function part is disposed on the eyepiece side. The reflecting function part in the objective side is worked on a phase difference function side of the circular polarizing function part, and a reflectivity of the reflecting function part is 10% or more.
