<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular battery pack which has a simpler structure and can further reduce the trouble of assembly. <P>SOLUTION: A box-like vehicular battery pack BP houses a square battery cell group in which a plurality of flat plate-like square battery cells BA are aligned in a thickness direction. The vehicular battery pack BP is integrally molded with thermally conductive and electrically insulative resin. On the top face of the vehicular battery pack BP, a plurality of radiation fins B3 are molded integrally.
