<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front fall mechanism that enables a seat back to fall front even if the seat back is in a most backward tilting position. <P>SOLUTION: The front fall mechanism 10 that includes: a seat cushion 110 on which an occupant sits; a seat back 120 that can tilt to the seat cushion 110; and a reclining device 130 that enables tilting of the seat back 120 to the seat cushion 110, is composed of a hook 30 that is fixed to neighborhood of a part connected with a reclining device 130 of the seat back 120; and a restriction bracket 40 that couples the seat cushion 110 and the reclining device 130 and restricts the hook 30 that turns along with the tilting of the seat back 120.
