METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CRANKSHAFT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a crankshaft that can prevent runout of a rear shaft relative to a front shaft in a case of heating a plurality of eccentric parts of the crankshaft to improve wear resistance.

SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a crankshaft includes: (process S11) for performing high-frequency quenching to a first and a second eccentric parts; (process S12) for grinding the front shaft: (process S13) for grinding the first eccentric part; (process S14) for grinding the second eccentric part: and (process S15) for finally grinding the rear shaft, in this order.
