<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing method of a synthetic resin-made plate-like member secured with strength though being lightweight, and applicable to the outer plate of a vehicular door. <P>SOLUTION: A reinforcing sheet 20 of a three-dimensional solid structure by fibers is disposed inside the synthetic resin-made plate-like member 11 by insert molding.
