<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operation load. <P>SOLUTION: A voice processor according to an embodiment comprises voice input means, information input means, voice recognition means, and application control means. The voice input means inputs and processes voice as a voice signal. The information input means inputs and processes state information that indicates a change in state in a hardware of the processor. In a case where the change in state in the hardware occurs, the voice recognition means executes voice recognition with respect to the voice signal input and processed by the voice input means based on the state information input by the information input means and generates voice recognition result information.
