<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jumping rope easier to jump than conventional ones. <P>SOLUTION: The jumping rope includes a rope 2, grips 3 provided at ends of the rope 2, and heavy parts 4 provided in an intermediate section of the rope 2.
