<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunctions due to simultaneous operations of both a portable terminal and a vehicle device and further protect users' convenience while preventing disturbance in the concentration on driving operation when the vehicle device is connected with the portable terminal to display a screen of the portable terminal on the vehicle device. <P>SOLUTION: When a vehicle device 2 is connected with a smartphone 1 through communication and a vehicle is not driven, an information display system makes only the device, in which operation input is conducted earlier, operable during the operation of the device, from among the smartphone 1 and the vehicle device 2.
