<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance detection performance of the blurring of a plurality of images each capturing a common subject. <P>SOLUTION: When a shutter button 28sh is pressed fully under a continuous shooting mode, a CPU 26 takes the image data of four consecutive frames, each capturing a common subject, into a save image area 32c of an SDRAM 32. The image data of each frame thus taken in is subjected to compression processing by means of a JPEG encoder 40. The CPU 26 detects the size value of the JPEG data of each frame as a parameter value correlated with the amount of high frequency image component, selects the maximum size value among four size values thus detected, and then normalizes the difference between the maximum size value thus selected and each of three remaining values. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
