PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of acoustic characteristics of an electronic apparatus including oscillation devices.

SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 200 includes: a substrate 40 and multiple oscillation devices 100 provided on the substrate 40. Each oscillation device 100 has: a piezoelectric vibrator 10; a vibration member 20 restricting the piezoelectric vibrator 10 on one surface; and a support frame 30 holding the vibration member 20. The respective supporting frames 30 forming the multiple oscillation devices 100 are provided on the substrate 40 so as to contact with each other through a gel layer 32.
