<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device that can detect reliably a molding defect of a molded article when opening a molding die in an injection molder, and thereby capable of improving reliability of a defect inspection. <P>SOLUTION: The inspection device 1 includes: an imaging section 31 that images the inside of the opened molding die; a robot arm 2 that is configured to make the imaging section 31 attached to a head part 21 and advance into the opened molding die; and a controlling section 4 wherein, when the molding die is opened, the controlling section drives the robot arm 2 and makes the head unit 21 advance into the molding die, images a molded article 5 held in the molding die from the front by the imaging section 31 attached thereto, and controls to determine whether the molded article 5 has a defect based on an acquired captured image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
