<p>The device (1) has a speed scale divided into illuminable index lines (2), which are assigned with speed values. The lines comprise respective lighting units, which are coupled with a control unit that executes driver assistance function. The lighting units are independently controllable by the control unit based on the function such that the lighting units occupy different lighting states. The line assigned with the speed value corresponding to target speed set for the function is illuminated when the function is activated. The lighting units comprise LEDs. An independent claim is also included for a method for indicating target speed set for a driver assistance function in a motor car.</p> |
